15g Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
100g Mixed Berries
20g Sliced Almonds
PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder until the mixture is completely smooth and the powder is fully incorporated.
Place the sliced almonds in a small dry skillet over medium heat and toast for 2 to 3 minutes, shaking the pan frequently, until they are fragrant and golden brown.
In a tall glass or mason jar, spoon half of the protein-enriched yogurt into the bottom.
Add half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer.
Repeat with the remaining yogurt and then the remaining berries.
