16g Slivered Almonds
4g Chia Seeds

PREPARATION
Place the slivered almonds in a small dry skillet over medium heat and toast for 2-3 minutes until golden and fragrant.
In a small bowl, mix the chia seeds into the Greek yogurt to allow them to hydrate slightly.
In a glass or mason jar, layer half of the yogurt mixture at the bottom.
