In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs together with the sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Lightly grease a small oven-safe baking dish and transfer the sausage and vegetable mixture into it.
Pour the whisked egg mixture evenly over the sausage and vegetables.
Top the dish with the shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
