1 tbsp Mini dark chocolate chips
0.13 tsp Sea salt
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the egg, peanut butter, and almond milk, whisking until the mixture is completely smooth.
Add the protein powder, quick oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and sea salt to the wet ingredients and stir until a thick dough forms.
Gently fold the mini dark chocolate chips into the cookie dough.
