Gently crack and peel all 5 eggs. Keep 2 eggs whole and slice the remaining 3 in half to remove and discard the yolks, keeping only the whites.

Arrange the 2 whole eggs, 3 egg whites, smoked salmon, and sliced avocado on top of the greens.
