PREPARATION
Bring a medium pot of salted water to a boil and cook the chickpea pasta according to package directions until al dente.
While the pasta cooks, drain the canned tuna thoroughly and set it aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the extra virgin olive oil and the white parts of the sliced green onions.
Sauté the onions for 2 minutes until softened, then add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking for another 30 seconds until fragrant.
