PREPARATION
In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, zest, tamari, honey, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add cubed chicken and sear until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
