PREPARATION
Place the nonfat Greek yogurt into a small mixing bowl.
Add the vanilla protein powder to the yogurt and whisk vigorously until the mixture is completely smooth and airy.
Rinse the mixed berries and pat them dry with a paper towel to prevent the parfait from becoming watery.
In a tall glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the protein yogurt mixture as the base layer.
Add half of the mixed berries over the yogurt.
Repeat the process by adding the remaining yogurt mixture and then the remaining berries.
