PREPARATION
Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the soba noodles according to package directions, then drain and rinse with cold water.
Season the chicken breast with sea salt and black pepper on both sides.
Heat avocado oil in a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked, then slice into thin strips.
