Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
Pat the ribs dry with a paper towel and remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs if still attached.
In a small bowl, mix the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
Rub the ribs with avocado oil, then coat thoroughly with the dry spice rub on both sides.
Wrap the ribs tightly in a large piece of aluminum foil and place on the baking sheet.
Bake for 2 hours until the meat is tender and starts to pull away from the bone.
While the ribs bake, steam the green beans for 5-7 minutes until bright green and crisp-tender, then toss with apple cider vinegar.
Remove the ribs from the oven, carefully open the foil, and brush the top generously with the sugar-free BBQ sauce.
Turn the oven to broil and place the ribs back in for 3-5 minutes until the sauce is bubbling and slightly charred.
Let the ribs rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving alongside the steamed green beans.
