Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Trim the green beans and chop the broccoli and red bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
Mince the garlic cloves finely.
On a large baking sheet, toss the broccoli, green beans, and bell pepper with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, half of the minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Roast the vegetables for 20 minutes until they are tender and show slight charred edges.
While vegetables roast, season the chicken breast with dried oregano and the remaining salt and pepper.
Heat the remaining 0.5 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Place the chicken in the skillet and cook for 6 to 7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
During the last minute of chicken cooking, add the remaining minced garlic to the pan to briefly toast it.
Slice the chicken and serve it immediately alongside the roasted vegetable medley.
