Trim the woody ends off the asparagus and place the spears on one side of the prepared baking sheet.
Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil and season with a pinch of sea salt and black pepper, tossing to coat evenly.
Place the salmon fillet on the other side of the baking sheet and season lightly with the remaining salt and pepper.
Brush half of the prepared teriyaki glaze generously over the top and sides of the salmon fillet.
Roast in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the asparagus is tender and slightly charred.
Remove from the oven, drizzle the remaining glaze over the salmon, and garnish the entire dish with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
