Paprika Air-Fried Shrimp with Garlic Dip
Succulent shrimp air-fried with smoky paprika and served alongside roasted cauliflower with a zesty, creamy garlic yogurt dip.
INGREDIENTS
8 oz shrimp
1 tsp smoked paprika
0.5 tsp garlic powder
0.5 tsp onion powder
0.25 tsp sea salt
0.25 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 cups cauliflower florets
0.25 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 clove garlic
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp fresh parsley
PREPARATION
Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels to ensure a crispy texture.
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with 0.5 tbsp of the olive oil and a portion of the sea salt.
Place cauliflower in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes.
While cauliflower cooks, toss the shrimp with the remaining 0.5 tbsp olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and the remaining sea salt and black pepper.
Add the shrimp to the basket with the cauliflower and air fry for an additional 5-6 minutes until the shrimp are opaque and the cauliflower is tender.
In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and parsley to create the dip.
Serve the hot shrimp and cauliflower immediately with the chilled garlic dip on the side.
