Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Pat the chicken wings thoroughly dry with paper towels to ensure they become extra crispy.
In a large bowl, toss the wings with the avocado oil, sea salt, and black pepper until each piece is lightly coated.
Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 22-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
While the wings are cooking, whisk together the honey, coconut aminos, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, and arrowroot powder in a small saucepan.
Place the saucepan over medium-low heat and simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens into a glossy, sticky glaze.
Place the broccoli florets in a steamer basket over boiling water and steam for 5-6 minutes until tender but still bright green.
Once the wings are done, transfer them to a clean bowl, pour the warm glaze over the top, and toss until every wing is coated.
Serve the wings immediately, sprinkled with sesame seeds, alongside the steamed broccoli florets.
