Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
Peel and dice the sweet potato into 1/2-inch cubes. Toss them with a pinch of sea salt and the smoked paprika, then spread them evenly on the baking sheet.
Roast the sweet potatoes for 18-20 minutes, or until they are fork-tender and slightly caramelized on the edges.
While the potatoes roast, place a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of water along with the diced onion and red bell pepper.
Sauté the vegetables for 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften, adding another splash of water if the pan becomes too dry.
Add the ground turkey to the skillet, seasoning it with garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking the meat into small crumbles with a spatula until fully browned.
Push the turkey mixture to one side of the pan. Crack the whole egg into the empty space and whisk it quickly with your spatula until just set.
Fold the scrambled egg into the turkey mixture until well combined and heated through.
Plate the turkey and egg scramble alongside the roasted sweet potatoes and serve immediately.
