Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and scrub the russet potato clean.
Pierce the potato several times with a fork, then bake directly on the oven rack for 45-60 minutes until the skin is crisp and the inside is tender.
While the potato bakes, cook the bacon slice in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then remove and crumble into small pieces.
In the same skillet, drain excess grease and add the ground turkey, seasoning it with sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Sauté the turkey until fully browned and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes.
Steam the broccoli florets until tender-crisp, then chop them into small bite-sized pieces.
Once the potato is finished, slice it open lengthwise and fluff the inside with a fork.
Stuff the potato with the cooked ground turkey and steamed broccoli, then sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top while hot.
Finish with a generous dollop of nonfat Greek yogurt, the crumbled bacon, and sliced green onions.
