Add the shrimp to the skillet in a single layer and cook for 2 minutes per side, or until they just turn pink and opaque.
Pour in the white wine and lemon juice, scraping the bottom of the pan to release any browned bits, and simmer for 1 minute.
Reserve 2 tablespoons of pasta water, then drain the linguine and add it directly to the skillet with the shrimp.
Toss everything together, adding the reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
Stir in the lemon zest and fresh chopped parsley before serving immediately.
