YOUR SOLIN GENERATED RECIPE
Seared Salmon with Garlic Green Beans and Brown Rice
Pan-seared wild salmon served alongside crisp garlic-sautéed green beans and fluffy brown rice, finished with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
INGREDIENTS
7 oz Wild Salmon Fillet
1/2 cup Cooked Brown Rice
1.5 cups Fresh Green Beans
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 Lemon, for garnish
Sea salt and black pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Pat the salmon fillet dry with paper towels and season both sides with sea salt and black pepper.
Heat half of the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Place the salmon in the pan skin-side down and sear for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until desired doneness.
Remove the salmon from the pan and set aside to rest.
In the same pan, add the remaining oil and the green beans with a splash of water, covering for 2 minutes to steam-soften.
Remove the lid, add the minced garlic, and sauté the beans for another 2 minutes until they are tender-crisp and fragrant.
Warm the pre-cooked brown rice in a small bowl.
Plate the salmon alongside the brown rice and garlic green beans, finishing the dish with a fresh squeeze of lemon juice.
