Carefully flip the salmon and grill for an additional 3 to 4 minutes until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily.
Remove the asparagus once it is tender and shows light char marks, usually after 5 to 6 minutes total.
Serve the salmon immediately with the grilled asparagus and an optional extra wedge of lemon.
