Place the tofu cubes, chickpeas, and broccoli florets on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle with sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, then toss everything to coat evenly.
Roast for 25 minutes, flipping the ingredients halfway through, until the tofu is golden and chickpeas are slightly crunchy.
Remove the sheet pan from the oven and immediately toss the hot ingredients with the nutritional yeast.
Serve the roasted mixture over a bed of fresh spinach and finish with a bright squeeze of lemon juice.
