Dip the chicken breast into the egg wash, letting any excess drip off, then press firmly into the almond flour mixture until fully coated on both sides.
Place the chicken on the prepared baking sheet and lightly mist the top with avocado oil spray to help it crisp.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Remove from the oven, spoon the marinara sauce over the center of the chicken, and top with the mozzarella cheese.
Switch the oven to broil and return the chicken for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
