Season the salmon fillet, asparagus spears, and cherry tomatoes evenly with sea salt and black pepper.
Brush half of the lemon-herb mixture over the salmon fillet and the remaining half over the asparagus and tomatoes.
Place the salmon on the grill skin-side down and cook for approximately 4 to 5 minutes.
Add the asparagus and cherry tomatoes to the grill alongside the salmon, turning the vegetables occasionally.
Carefully flip the salmon and grill for an additional 3 to 4 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
Remove from the heat and serve immediately, garnishing with an extra squeeze of fresh lemon if desired.
