Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
Pat the pork ribs dry with a paper towel and remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs if it is still attached.
In a small bowl, combine the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
Rub the spice blend generously over both sides of the ribs to ensure even coating.
Wrap the ribs tightly in a double layer of aluminum foil and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 2 to 2.5 hours until the meat is tender and starting to pull away from the bone.
Carefully open the foil and brush the top of the ribs with the sugar-free BBQ sauce.
Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and return the ribs to the oven uncovered for 5-10 minutes until the sauce is bubbly and caramelized.
While the ribs finish, toss the green beans with olive oil and a pinch of salt, then steam or roast until they reach a crisp-tender texture.
Let the ribs rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving alongside the hot green beans.
