Heat the remaining oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear tofu cubes for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
Pour the tamari mixture over the tofu, stirring to coat until the liquid evaporates.
Remove from heat and toss tofu with nutritional yeast for a nutty finish.
Serve the seared tofu over the roasted vegetables and sprinkle with hemp seeds.
