Press the tofu between paper towels to remove excess moisture, then cut into 1-inch cubes.
Pat the ahi tuna dry with a paper towel and cut into uniform 1-inch cubes.
Heat the sesame oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the tofu cubes to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crisp.
Season the tuna cubes with sea salt and black pepper, then lightly sear in the same pan for 30 seconds per side, keeping the center rare.
Place the cooked brown rice in the base of a bowl and arrange the seared tofu, tuna, edamame, sliced cucumber, and radishes on top.
Garnish the bowl with sliced avocado, chopped green onions, and sesame seeds.
Drizzle the entire bowl with tamari just before serving.
