INGREDIENTS
4 oz Chicken breast
2 oz Dry whole grain pasta
0.5 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves Garlic
0.25 cup Plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp Grated parmesan cheese
0.25 cup Low-sodium chicken broth
0.25 tsp Sea salt

PREPARATION
Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente.
Season the chicken breast with half of the sea salt and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken until cooked through and golden brown.
Remove chicken from the pan and let it rest for five minutes before slicing into thin strips.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for one minute until fragrant.
Lower the heat to low and whisk in the chicken broth, Greek yogurt, and parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and simmering.
Toss the cooked pasta and sliced chicken into the sauce, coating every piece thoroughly.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and the remaining salt and pepper before serving.
