Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a small baking dish or loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, almond flour, egg white, finely chopped yellow onion, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
Gently mix the ingredients by hand until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat which can make it tough.
Shape the mixture into a uniform loaf and place it in the center of the prepared baking dish.
Drape the bacon slices over the top of the loaf, slightly overlapping them and tucking the ends underneath the meat.
Brush 1 tablespoon of the BBQ sauce evenly over the top of the bacon.
Bake for 25 minutes, then remove from the oven and brush the remaining 1 tablespoon of BBQ sauce over the loaf.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the bacon is crisp and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Allow the meatloaf to rest for 5 minutes before slicing to ensure the juices redistribute for a moist texture.
