1 cup Broccoli florets

PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roast the sweet potatoes for 15 minutes until they begin to soften.
Season the salmon fillet with dried thyme, dried rosemary, and the remaining salt and pepper.
Move the potatoes to one side of the tray and place the salmon and broccoli florets on the other side.
Drizzle the remaining 0.5 tsp olive oil over the broccoli florets.
Return the tray to the oven and roast for 10 to 12 minutes until the salmon is flaky and the broccoli is tender.
Finish by squeezing fresh lemon juice over the salmon before serving.
