Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, sauté the ground turkey with 0.5 tbsp of olive oil until fully browned and cooked through.
Season the turkey while cooking with half of the garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and use a small spoon to scrape out all seeds and white membranes.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cooked turkey with 0.25 cup of the Greek yogurt until the mixture is thick and creamy.
Stuff each jalapeño half generously with the turkey mixture and place them face-up on the prepared baking sheet.
Drizzle the remaining 0.5 tbsp of olive oil over the stuffed peppers and bake for 15 to 18 minutes until the peppers are tender and the tops are slightly golden.
While the peppers bake, prepare the ranch by whisking the remaining 0.25 cup Greek yogurt with the chipotle powder, lime juice, dried dill, and the remaining garlic and onion powder.
Serve the hot jalapeño poppers immediately with the chilled chipotle ranch on the side for dipping.
