Season the salmon fillet with the remaining sea salt and black pepper.
Heat a medium non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and place the salmon skin-side down, searing for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
Flip the salmon, pour the glaze into the skillet, and cook for another 2-3 minutes, spooning the sauce over the fish until it is thick and glossy.
Serve the glazed salmon immediately over the roasted asparagus, drizzling any extra sauce from the pan on top.
