Grilled Steak with Herb Roasted Potatoes and Broccoli
Tender top sirloin grilled to perfection alongside crispy herb-tossed potatoes and charred broccoli florets for a smoky and satisfying finish.
INGREDIENTS
5 oz Top sirloin steak
4 oz Fingerling potatoes
1.5 cup Broccoli florets
0.75 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
0.5 tsp Garlic powder
0.5 tsp Dried rosemary
0.25 tsp Sea salt
0.25 tsp Black pepper
PREPARATION
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, approximately 400 degrees F.
Halve the fingerling potatoes and toss them in a bowl with 0.5 tablespoons of olive oil, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Place the potatoes in a grill basket or on a large piece of heavy-duty foil and grill for 15 to 20 minutes until tender and golden.
Toss the broccoli florets with the remaining 0.25 tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of salt.
Season the steak lightly on both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Place the steak and the broccoli directly on the grill grates; sear the steak for 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium-rare and char the broccoli for 5 to 7 minutes.
Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes to lock in juices before slicing and serving with the roasted vegetables.
