2 tbsp Shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 clove Garlic
0.25 tsp Dried oregano

PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a small baking dish.
Boil the jumbo pasta shells in a large pot of salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside to cool slightly.
Steam the fresh baby spinach until completely wilted, then squeeze out all excess liquid using a clean kitchen towel and finely chop.
In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the cottage cheese, ricotta, egg, chopped spinach, minced garlic, oregano, sea salt, black pepper, and 2 tablespoons of the parmesan cheese.
