Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove chicken from the pan and add the broccoli florets with a splash of water; cover and steam for 3 minutes until tender-crisp.
Return the chicken to the pan and pour the teriyaki sauce over the mixture.
Stir constantly for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken and broccoli beautifully.
