PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a small oven-safe baking dish.
In a small skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until soft and fragrant.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, sautéed onion and garlic, diced green chiles, cumin, sea salt, and black pepper.
