Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice the sweet potato into four thick rounds. Toss them with olive oil and a pinch of sea salt, then place them on the baking sheet and roast for 12 minutes.
While the potatoes roast, finely mince the jalapeño, removing seeds if you prefer less heat.
In a medium bowl, combine the ground chicken, minced jalapeño, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
Form the chicken mixture into four small slider patties.
Cut each bacon slice in half. Wrap one half-slice of bacon around each chicken patty, securing it with a toothpick if necessary.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and flip the sweet potato rounds. Place one bacon-wrapped chicken patty on top of each sweet potato round.
Return the tray to the oven and bake for another 15-18 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and the bacon is golden and crisp.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 3 minutes. Top each slider with a small dollop of Greek yogurt before serving.
