PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Spread the potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes.
Season the turkey breast steaks on both sides with the garlic powder and the remaining rosemary, sea salt, and black pepper.
Move the potatoes to one side of the pan and place the turkey steaks and trimmed green beans on the other side.
Drizzle the green beans with the remaining 0.5 tsp olive oil.
Roast for an additional 12 to 15 minutes, or until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and potatoes are golden.
