Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a small baking dish with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, egg, almond flour, finely diced onion, minced garlic, sea salt, and black pepper until just incorporated.
Shape the turkey mixture into a compact, uniform loaf and place it in the center of the prepared baking dish.
Lay the bacon slices over the top of the meatloaf, slightly overlapping them and tucking the ends underneath the loaf.
Brush 1 tablespoon of the sugar-free BBQ sauce evenly over the top of the bacon.
Bake for 25 minutes, then remove from the oven to brush with the remaining 1 tablespoon of BBQ sauce.
Return the meatloaf to the oven for another 10-15 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
While the meatloaf rests for 5 minutes, steam the green beans and toss them with olive oil.
Slice the meatloaf into thick rounds and serve immediately alongside the tender green beans.
