Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes until the skins begin to blister and soften.
Add the shrimp to the skillet, seasoning with half the salt and pepper, and sear for 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
Remove the shrimp and tomatoes from the pan; add the chickpea gnocchi and pan-fry for 5-6 minutes until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
Return the shrimp and tomatoes to the pan, add the arugula pesto and remaining fresh arugula, tossing gently until everything is coated and warmed through.
