Dice the chicken breast into small, even pieces and season with sea salt and black pepper.

Add the chicken to the pan and sauté until golden brown and cooked through, then remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add the remaining sesame oil along with minced garlic, grated ginger, and the white parts of the sliced green onions.
Toss in the frozen peas, stirring for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
Push the vegetables to the side, crack the egg into the center, and scramble until just set.
Add the cooked brown rice and the cooked chicken back into the pan, drizzling with coconut aminos.
Stir everything together for 2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the rice to get slightly crispy.
Garnish with the green parts of the sliced green onions before serving.
