Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Mince the garlic and slice the zucchini into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground chicken, breaking it up with a wooden spoon as it cooks.
Season the chicken with the sea salt, black pepper, and dried oregano. Cook until the chicken is browned and no longer pink.
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the zucchini rounds to the skillet, tossing them with the chicken for 2-3 minutes until they begin to soften slightly.
Pour the marinara sauce over the chicken and zucchini mixture, stirring to coat everything evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese over the top of the skillet.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
Remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped basil before serving.
