Spicy Gochujang Pork Belly Stir-Fry
Sautéed pork strips glazed in a fiery gochujang sauce, tossed with crisp bok choy and vibrant peppers for a bold, savory finish.
INGREDIENTS
7.5 oz Pork loin
1.5 tbsp Gochujang
1 tbsp Tamari
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 cup Baby bok choy
0.5 cup Red bell pepper
1 clove Garlic
1 tsp Fresh ginger
0.25 tsp Sea salt
0.25 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Sesame seeds
1 stalk Green onion
PREPARATION
Whisk together the gochujang, tamari, and grated ginger in a small bowl to create the stir-fry sauce.
Slice the pork loin into very thin strips and season them evenly with sea salt and black pepper.
Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Add the pork strips to the skillet in a single layer and sear until golden brown and fully cooked, approximately 5 minutes.
Add the minced garlic, sliced red bell pepper, and chopped bok choy to the pan, stir-frying for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Pour the gochujang sauce over the pork and vegetables, tossing constantly for 1 minute until the sauce thickens into a glossy glaze.
Remove from heat and garnish with thinly sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
