Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mince the garlic cloves and finely chop the fresh rosemary and thyme leaves.
Cut the sweet potato into uniform 1-inch wedges and place them on one side of the baking sheet.
Drizzle half of the olive oil over the sweet potatoes and season with a pinch of the sea salt and black pepper.
Pat the chicken breast dry with a paper towel and place it in the center of the baking sheet.
Rub the chicken with the remaining olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, and the rest of the salt and pepper.
Roast the chicken and potatoes for 15 minutes.
Add the broccoli florets to the remaining space on the sheet, tossing them lightly in the pan juices.
Continue roasting for another 10 to 12 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and the potatoes are golden.
Squeeze the fresh lemon juice over the chicken and vegetables before serving.
