In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, almond flour, beaten egg, diced onion, diced bell pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix the ingredients by hand until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
Shape the mixture into a compact loaf on the prepared baking dish.
Drape the bacon slices over the top of the loaf, tucking the ends underneath.
Bake for 25 minutes, then remove from the oven and brush the top with the BBQ sauce.
Return to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the bacon is crisp.
Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
