Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, finely diced yellow onion, minced garlic, almond flour, egg, sea salt, and black pepper.
Gently mix the ingredients by hand until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
Shape the mixture into a compact oval loaf and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
Wrap the center-cut bacon slice around the center of the meatloaf, tucking the ends underneath.
Brush 1 tablespoon of the sugar-free BBQ sauce over the top and sides of the loaf.
Place the meatloaf in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
While the meatloaf is baking, toss the green beans with olive oil and a pinch of salt.
After 15 minutes, remove the tray and arrange the green beans around the meatloaf.
Brush the remaining 1 tablespoon of BBQ sauce over the loaf and return the tray to the oven.
Bake for an additional 12-15 minutes until the internal temperature of the turkey reaches 165°F and the green beans are tender-crisp.
Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving alongside the roasted green beans.
