Place the chicken mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and pat it down into a rectangular shape about 1/4 inch thick.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the edges are golden and the chicken is fully cooked through.
While the base bakes, mince the fresh garlic clove and whisk it into the olive oil.
Remove the tray from the oven, brush the garlic oil over the top, and sprinkle with the remaining 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese.
Place the tray under the broiler for 2 to 3 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
Slice the crust into 1-inch wide breadsticks and serve immediately with warmed marinara sauce for dipping.
