Preheat oven to 400°F and bake the potato for 45-50 minutes until tender.
While the potato bakes, brown the ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
Stir in the chili powder, cumin, sea salt, black pepper, tomato sauce, and black beans to the turkey, simmering for 5 minutes.
Slice the baked potato in half, scoop out most of the flesh, and brush the skins with olive oil.
Place the skins back in the oven for 10 minutes until they are golden and crispy.
Fill the crispy skins with the turkey chili mixture and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
Return to the oven for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
Serve topped with a dollop of Greek yogurt and sliced green onions.
