YOUR SOLIN GENERATED RECIPE
Sautéed shrimp and brown rice noodles tossed in a tangy tamari-lime sauce, featuring crunchy bean sprouts and a velvety scrambled egg.
INGREDIENTS
6 oz Shrimp
1.5 oz Brown rice noodles
1 large Egg
1 cup Bean sprouts
2 stalk Green onions
1 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Tamari
1 tbsp Lime juice
0.5 tsp Maple syrup
1 tsp Avocado oil
0.5 tbsp Peanuts
0.25 tsp Red pepper flakes
PREPARATION
Place brown rice noodles in a bowl of very hot water to soak for 20 minutes until flexible but firm.
In a small jar, whisk together the tamari, lime juice, maple syrup, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sauté the shrimp and minced garlic until the shrimp is pink and opaque.
Push the shrimp to one side of the pan, crack the egg into the empty space, and scramble quickly until just set.
Drain the noodles and add them to the skillet along with the prepared sauce, tossing vigorously to coat every strand.
Fold in the bean sprouts and sliced green onions, cooking for just one minute until the sprouts are slightly softened but still crisp.
Transfer to a plate and garnish with crushed peanuts before serving immediately.
