Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Push vegetables to the side, crack the egg into the pan, and scramble until set.
Add the cooked brown rice and chicken back into the pan, tossing with tamari.
Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the rice is slightly crispy and everything is well combined.
Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
