Cook the turkey until browned and fully cooked through, then push the mixture to one side of the pan.
In a small bowl, whisk the whole egg and egg whites together, then pour into the empty side of the skillet and scramble until just set.
Gently fold the eggs into the turkey mixture to combine.
Warm the whole wheat tortilla in a separate pan or over an open flame until pliable.
Place the turkey and egg mixture in the center of the tortilla and top with the sliced avocado.
Fold in the sides and roll tightly to form a burrito.
