Stir in the shredded green cabbage, tomato sauce, sea salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
Cook the mixture for 3-5 minutes until the cabbage is slightly wilted but still holds some texture.
Arrange the pepper halves in a baking dish and fill each one generously with the beef and cabbage mixture.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of each stuffed pepper.
Bake for 25 minutes until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
